We have 3 guest bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, all are en-suite have colour televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. Each of our rooms offers something different: one has a four-poster bed with glorious views of Little Mell Fell and the Pennines into the far distance. Our other double room has stunning views across the garden and Gowbarrow Fell. The twin room is available for those who prefer single beds; it has views towards Great Mell Fell and Matterdale Forest. All our rooms are tastefully furnished using both Laura Ashley or Dorma bedlinen and fabrics.
Our dining room boasts a stunning view of Little Mell Fell and a wood-burning stove to welcome you on even the coldest of mornings. Enjoy the views whilst sampling our Hearty Cumbrian or Vegeterian breakfast. Guests have access to our gardens, pond and surrounding fields.

Our birdlife is abundant. Tree creepers, Nuthatch and Greater Spotted Woodpecker are regular visitors to the Garden as is the Sparrow hawk on the lookout for an easy meal. Spotted Flycatchers nest in the Virginia Creeper that surrounds the front door and you will likely see birds of prey riding thermals in the skies overhead.

If you're lucky you may see some of the wildlife that share this special place. We regularly see Hedgehogs, Badgers, Deer, Foxes and Red Squirrels and we have a well-stocked wildlife pond that attracts an overfed heron.
